1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FlagSay. By downloading, installing, or using our app and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

When you use AI features, we present an in-app prompt and obtain your consent before data is transmitted. You can withdraw consent in the app via Settings > AI Data Sharing. Please review the Privacy Policy for the applicable data processing rules.

2. Accounts and Security

Certain features, including cloud sync and advanced AI interactions, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service Description

FlagSay uses AI to support language learning through object recognition, interactive conversation, vocabulary management, and cross-device sync. Some AI features require an internet connection and rely on Tencent Hunyuan large language model services. AI output may be imperfect, and we do not guarantee absolute accuracy.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not generate, upload, or distribute illegal, hateful, obscene, or infringing content.
• Do not use the service in ways that harm reliability, security, or availability.
• Do not reverse engineer the app or attempt to access backend systems without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property and User Content

Our rights: The app design, code, trademarks, and core AI product configuration belong to SK Studio.

Your content: Your learning data (for example vocabulary lists and custom stories) belongs to you. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, sync, and back up this content as needed to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for direct or indirect consequences resulting from AI-generated output.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
